1:1 Coaching

Whether you are new in real estate or a seasoned veteran, this offering gives a partner in your growth both personally and professionally.

In order to get your money’s worth, monthly coaching is limited so I can truly give you the attention you are looking for…and deserve.

Monthly coaching is very hands-on and is a high level of accountability. You will interact with me or our custom external platform daily. You will also have the following:

• 2 Hours of Scheduled Meetings (either 2-1 hour sessions or 4-30 minute sessions)

• Daily, Weekly, Monthly Accountability tasks to be entered into the platform

• Weekly Reflection submissions in the system to prepare for our scheduled conversations

• Text, Call availability as needed during business hours 9am-5pm MST

Miracles don’t happen overnight! In order to have the most opportunity for forward movement, 1 on 1 coaching must start, at a minimum of 6 months to make progress. We will then do a scheduled evaluation as we reach the end of your term to determine how to proceed.
