Nav90: 90 Day Intensive

This offering is geared towards the agents that want fast results and an extremely high level of accountability consisting of daily task review and conversations, weekly 1:1 connections and reflections and monthly evaluations.

Agents will leave this 90 day block with a new under contract (agency and/or a transaction) and see the results of their daily, weekly, and monthly consistency and diligence.

You will interact with me or our custom external platform daily. You will also have the following:

• Weekly Scheduled Mandatory Meetings.

• Daily tasks to be entered into the custom platform and conversations around the daily activities.

• Weekly Business activities and a pre-meeting reflection. All must be completed prior to the weekly 1:1 meeting.

• Text, Call availability as needed during business hours 9am-4pm MST

This is the most high-touch, high accountability service I offer and I limit the amount of agents on this plan due to the daily highly focused attention to your tasks.
