Small Group Coaching

This offering has small teams and/or a mix of any level of agent in mind that want to collaborate and grow as a group.

It’s a great opportunity for you and your like-minded coworkers to get support as a group with a lower individual monthly cost per agent.

Many want to start that group that meets to hold each other accountable, brainstorm, co-create, whatever your goal…this helps to make it happen!

For up to 6* individuals, we will meet monthly to help you achieve your goals with guidance and support.

Each group will receive:

• 2 Hours of Scheduled Meetings (2-1 hour sessions a month)

• Weekly Accountability Tasks entered into the platform

• Weekly Reflection submissions in the system to prepare for our scheduled conversations

• Text, Call availability as needed during business hours 9am-5pm MST

Miracles don’t happen overnight! In order to have the most opportunity for forward movement, small group coaching must start, at a minimum of 6 months to make progress. We will then do a scheduled evaluation as we reach the end of your term to determine how to proceed.

Monthly, 6 month and 12 month packages available all payable through Stripe. Introductory pricing available for a limited time.
